Cycle Runway
Our flagship event for Eco Week! You don't have to ride a flash bike or wear skin-tight lycra to be a cyclist. The Cycle Runway show-cases comfortable and safe commuter bikes, local designers and recycled fashion, with not a stitch of lycra in sight.
Online sales for tickets to the Cycle Runway are now CLOSED. Door sales will be available at 6:30 pm. If you have registered online, but not paid for your ticket online or by cash we cannot gaurantee you entry, so make sure you arrive 6:30 SHARP - there has been a lot of interest in this event!

How does cycling make a difference?
Commuting by bike helps to reduce the number of car trips, even if you bike just once a week. Reduced car trips mean less use of fossil fuels and reduced green house gas emmissions. And less green house gas emmissions will help to moderate climate change. Who would have thought that two wheels joined together by a metal frame could have such a huge impact?
