Judging and Prizes
There are a great range of prizes and giveaways for eco-my-flat in 2010, with the Most Eco'd Up Flat winning a train trip to and from Green Globe certified Kaikoura, up to three nights stay at the YHA Kaikoura Maui with its stunning views, and free passes for Whale Watch, Dolphin Encounter, Kaikoura Kayaks and Seal Swim Kaikoura, as well as a beautiful organic meal at Hislops Wholemeal Cafe. Not only this, but you'll win $500 credited to your electricity account from Community Energy Action!
The Most Inventive Flat will be winning a weekend away at Waihi Bush Organic Farm in Geraldine, with its spectacular regenerating native bush, a Taste Geraldine prize pack, two free passes for Rangitata Rafts, valued at $195 each, and lunch at Verde Cafe. The flat will also win dinner at the Lotus Heart Restaurant in Christchurch and $150 vouchers from Piko Wholefoods. Sustainable bussing to and from Geraldine will be provided by Intercity Coaches.

Most Inventive Flat
Which flat will come up with the most creative eco-solutions, display kiwi ingenuity, and make the student dollar go that bit further with the craftiest innovations?
Most Eco'd Up Ilam Village Apartment
If you're Ilam Village apartment makes the most eco-improvements, you'll win a special eco prize pack valued at $250.
Most Awesome Landlord
Community Energy Action are donating a free Home Energy Check for the most helpful landlord valued at $150. If you think your landlord has made an effort to help you during the competition, nominate them to win this prize. To get them in the draw, email us your flat's name, your landlord’s contact details, and a description of how they helped you eco your flat.
